Introductory meetings on Siddha Siddhanta Yoga
A journey to the Self through an evolutionary system of immense technical and philosophical wealth, rooted in the ancient and authentic traditions, which is developed through the study of the spiritual culture of yoga, sadhana, methodologies, classical texts, philosophies, ethics ... based on a,traditional teaching arising from a genuine sampradaya. Suitable for those who are interested in taking a qualification and training for yoga teachers, aspirants and researchers. Each group of students follows its own calendar of meetings.

Spiritual tradition and techniques from an ancient evolutionary system: Siddha Yoga siddhanta
The meeting provides a theoretical and practical introduction to the vast system of siddhanta siddha yoga, native from the southern India and, at the same time, the extraordinary opportunity to live an enriching experience in the ashram and to approach the spiritual culture of yoga. It is open to all and is ideal for those interested in following a specialized training course and training program for yoga teachers, for aspirants and researchers.
For those who express the desire to visit the Ashram and get in touch with the traditional hindu culture, through the practice of Brahma Murta - Hatha Yoga - Karma yoga - puja in the temple – devotional chants, Bajan - Jnana Yoga Vichara - Sat Samgha. In the weekends, previous agreement, by contacting the Ashram’s office directly.
