| The metaphysical vision of the body and the methodology for the health’s keeping is carried out in a practical and detailed study of human being through the formulation of a complete system of medicine, including all branches like surgery, geriatrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, science of rejuvenation…. whose techniques have been taken as examples and are still utilised today in the modern medical science. It is currently also proposed again among the “alternative” techniques of health’s keeping giving great prominence to its prevention’s ability through techniques of purification and elimination of toxins (panchakarma), analysis of the daily and seasonal routine, the use of herbal remedies made according to the ancient recipes of ayurveda, through the practice of the ayurvedic massage done with oils on the whole body and other techniques of manipulation and body treatment with oils, herbs and powders.
