Padabhyanga: ayurvedic massage of feet and legs, usually practiced in India to relieve fatigue, stimulate blood circulation, improve the quality of sleep, by using precious medicated oils of the ancient Ayurvedic tradition. Padabhyanga provides the stimulation of certain marma points, vital points of the body, for the energetic balance of the individual. Demonstration and practice.
